 Todd Allen Doss is a native Floridian of fourth generations. At an early age Todd was interested in photography and opened his own photography business in Hollywood Florida. Todd than went to the corporate world with Echo Star and helped launch the “Dish network" as a manufacturer’s representative for central Florida. Todd realized that he had found his natural ability for sales and enjoyed working with people. Todd was recruited by Progressive Telecommunication Corporation as Vice President of Sales and helped bring the company public. While working at Progressive he created and manufactured a sunscreen towelette called "SunSwipe" that was distributed to Wal Mart, CVS, and Walgreen's to name a few. After relocating to Orlando, Florida Todd launched Global Empire Advertising Inc. with a team of eight that grew to over fifty associates. Global Empire Advertising specialized in marketing through print media by direct advertising.

 Todd's experience in sales, photography, marketing, manufacturing and advertising led him to Jensen Beach for a sales opportunity with a respected builder and developer in Jensen Beach. Todd started his real estate career in the new home business with over $47 million in home sales during the past 4 years.  He is now excited about yet another challenge, as the broker owner of Welcome Home Realty International. Devin M Teal is 4th generation Martin County. After graduating from Martin County High School and then University of Florida with a business/finance degree in 1993, Devin worked for an International Corporation overseas for 7 years expatriated in Bulgaria and the Philippines.  This gave him the opportunity to travel and study the global market.  In 2004, he returned to his hometown of Jensen Beach and began his real estate career with an international real estate company where he teamed up with his mother, Cathie Hoke Teal, who has been selling Real Estate locally since 1981. Devin is the past president of the Chamber of Commerce and involved in several community organizations.
